Hi, my name is Marcos Domingo Mateo. I was born on December 25 in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. I live with my dad and uncles. I went to Ludlow Elementary School and later attended Rantoul Middle School. When I was a child, I loved to draw, run, play soccer, skate, and listen to music. In school, I like PE, English, Art, and Science, but I sometimes struggle with Math. After high school, I plan to go to college and maybe university. I’d like to become a programmer or maybe an artist. Outside of school, I enjoy going for walks, listening to music, skating, and drawing. A life lesson I’ve learned is to always try your best and never give up, even when things get hard. My family has taught me that hard work and kindness can take you far in life, and that’s something I want to pass down too.
